Matching gender

An introduction to describing things and gender

Adjectives are either masculine or feminine in levantine Arabic.

Importantly, the gender of the adjective always has to match the gender of the noun. So if the noun is masculine, the adjective must be used in its masculine form. If the noun is feminine, the adjective must be used in its feminine form.
