The ت forms

Forms V and VI — doing it to yourself, and doing it to each other

Put "تَـ" on the front of a Form II or Form III verb and the action turns back on the subject. Something is no longer being done to someone — it's happening to itself, or between two people.

Form V — تَـ on a Form II verb
