Telling someone not to
Negative commands, and why they don't use the command form
Don't go is not built from go. The command form is only ever positive — to tell someone not to do something you put "لا" in front of the ordinary bare present tense, the one with no "بـ".
Phrases
So "رُوح" for go, but "لا ترُوح" for don't go — completely different shapes. The "تـ" is back because you're using the present tense again, not the command.
