اتَّفَق

Settling it

Deciding, agreeing, promising and confirming

The end of the conversation, where things get pinned down.

"وافَق" from the last lesson is agreeing to something someone else put forward. "اتَّفَق" is two sides arriving at the same place, and it takes "عَلى" for what was agreed and "مَع" for who with.
