Agreeing and disagreeing

Saying someone is right, saying they're wrong, and doing it politely

Disagreeing is the part worth getting right, because the blunt version sounds much harsher in Levantine than the same words do in English.

"مَعَك حَق" — you have a right — is the standard way of conceding a point, and it costs you nothing. Pair it with "مَع إِنُّه" from the connectors section and you can disagree without a row.
